Is there anyone outside of the Fox, er, Bush Administration that still believes that warrentless wiretapping is legal???

The Constitution doesn't really have optional clauses... and one branch can't decided on its own that the rules don't really apply to them because, after declaring on a tactic, they decide that they get to be King until after the victory party... turns out the federal court agrees.
